Day 4 of the journey and today was all about showing up. I climbed from floor 1 to floor 10, pushed through a little knee discomfort, and made it to the top with sweat dripping and determination still strong.

Day 3: I Did It!!!
Day 3… and I did it. I made it to 20 floors. I’m not even gonna lie, it got HARD around floor 15. I was out of breath, sweating… but I kept going. 17 months post ACL surgery, and this is the strongest I’ve felt in a long time. This is just the beginning.
