Today I climbed from floor 1 to floor 10 and whew… My face was dripping by the time I finished… 😅

I had a little knee discomfort, but I still made it to the top…

This journey is teaching me that progress isn’t always pretty. Some days it feels amazing, and some days you have to push through the discomfort while still listening to your body.

Still proud that I showed up and got it done.
