It’s a beautiful day today, so enjoy it. Well inside at least where I am, it’s cold outside but the view is peaceful. Today I woke up and decided to find a random morning workout routine. I found one on Pinterest and yes it wore me out. I am not in shape, however I thought I was. I still ended up completing it though. So yay me!
The workout consisted of 80 jumping jacks, 20 push ups, 40 sit ups, 50 squats, 20 lunges per leg and a 60 second wall sit. That definitely had me wore out, I laid in the floor for 3 minutes before moving. However, it was a great way to get my blood flowing this morning.
