It’s Really November, Well Almost.
Hey Hey Hey! I know I have been gone for a while, seems like forever. Well I am back and hopefully for good. I get so tied up with, you know regular everyday life stuff, sometimes I stray away. I am focused now though, so I am shifting gears to get back on track. I seriously cannot believe we only have 2 months left in the year; it just flew on by me. I am looking forward to 2017 though; I have so much planned and so much to look forward to.
I am assuming an update is needed, more like well overdue. Alright, let’s start with weight, it has been so long I don’t know where to begin. Well in September I did some research and I found out that 1656 calories equal one pound, then I decided to look up which exercises burn the most calories. Long story short, I bought a mountain bike after doing my research, and I rode it for 3 weeks straight. Then I got saddle rub burn and stopped until I healed which is another story. I was losing weight fast for those 3 weeks; it was dropping and showing immediate results. Then during my break I gained the weight back. So currently, I am still weighing in at 236. Recently, I took a FITMommy class and it was all cardio and wore me out, however, I took those workouts and I am doing them at home. I really want to lose weight and tone my body, enough about the weight loss.
In September, I also celebrated my 1-year wedding anniversary, in St. Louis. It was great! Shout out to my amazing husband I love him so oh so much. So much change has occurred I don’t even know what else to say. So, until next time!
