Happy Wednesday,

I do not even know where to begin, seriously! Right now, I am working on getting Halloween costumes together for my kids. Next year, I am seriously going to prepare ahead of time, but it’s all coming together. This year my son will be a “Lion” and my daughter will be his “Ringmaster” and I might, keyword MIGHT, be some sort of animal. Away from that everything has been smooth sailing.

I’m still trying to find a book to read that grabs my attention. I think I am leaning more towards a thriller/mystery type of book with a love interest. Hopefully, I will find something sooner than later.

In other news, I have been looking into my maternal grandmother’s side of my family and I came across a census report from 1940. I’ve found out some interesting things about my family recently that I never had a clue about. I’m going to continue my research because I have a few unanswered questions, but this is amazing to me. I love and truly enjoy learning about my family history. It’s like reading a really good book and you can’t put it down, fantasizing about what the characters look like and putting yourself in their situations. It carries so many emotions yet, it’s so BEAUTIFUL!

I am still on my weight loss journey and going strong! I do need to incorporate different exercise routines into my day. I feel like I should be doing more. This past week I ate a little more than normal but I still lost 1.5 lbs last week so that’s better than nothing. Well that’s it for now, until next time!
