It’s a brand new day, a brand new month, it’s SPRING! Be Bright!

First, let me start by saying my heart and prayers go out to the family and friends of Ermias Asghedom, best known as Nipsey Hussle, rapper, songwriter, philanthropist, peace maker. As I’m sure everyone knows by now, but if you don’t, he was murdered on Sunday, March 31st, 2019 outside of his business in Los Angeles, CA. It saddens me that this is the route people take, taking someones life. We as whole have to do better. People say if you knew better you’d do better. I wish I could understand why, why people make the decisions they make, I don’t.

There is also so much other stuff going on in the world right now. Just pay attention, read some news and be aware of what’s going on around you.

I haven’t been losing anymore weight but I’m getting to it
I haven’t been gaining any more weight either that’s a plus
I haven’t been just sitting around doing nothing

I’ve been keeping busy
I’ve been working out
I’ve been spending time with my family
I’ve been getting things done
I’ve been doing work on the side with crafts
I’ve been eating new things
I’ve been refreshed
