Happy Monday Guys!
It has definitely been a while. So much has been going on my way. This past Friday my beautiful daughter turned 3 (I can’t believe it has been 3 years already). Aside from that, I have been having a lot on my plate and just needed time to zone out for a while. Since my last Words From Me! post I was supposed to start a daily routine workout method, sad to say that did not go so well, but happy to say I will be starting one this week. While I was away though I did get into some exciting things, I went to see the Jungle Book in 3D at the IMAX, I went camping and got to do a high challenge and horse back riding and even zip lining, it was so fun minus all my mosquito bites. I have just been staying busy.
Now, let me be honest with you I have not been working out as I should be at all and I have been eating excessively too much. Today I got on the scale and OMG I could not believe how much weight I gained I mean I think this is the biggest I have ever been in my life. When I tell you I almost cried, but not really, but I really think this is sad. I have been extremely stressed out lately, and stress is real people and affecting me in a bad way. I have been stress eating and it is showing. I now weigh 229 (SUPER SAD FACE L)!!! So instead of sitting around looking crazy I am going to do something about it. I am going to get my butt up and get back in the gym because I have a ZERO tolerance for this. Until next time!!
