Happy Hump Day!
It is Wednesday and I am feeling good. Yesterday, my husband and I went to the gym together and got in a quick workout. That was a great way to start the day. I have been back working out more regularly and that is great. I started at home with routines from Pinterest. Thinking I would stick to just one, instead I jumped around to many different ones. Most of them had similar or the same workouts though. I am back at it and feeling good about it.
Today I think I am going to make a short YouTube update of what has been going on, so look out for that. I am looking for different meals that are healthy now and can make a difference with my weight loss. I am using Pinterest for that too. Something that is weird to me though, is when I was younger I never ate breakfast only lunch and dinner for the most part and I stayed small, now I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and I gain weight. People say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, well I think everyone is different and it depends on the person. I have considered cutting out a meal and instead just snacking on healthy snacks throughout the day. I hope that will help. Well that was my update, until next time.
