Where have I been??? That’s the question that needs to be answered, right? Absolutely! So, honestly I’ve been trying to figure a few things out with myself personally. I’m trying to get back in the groove of things. Since having my son last September I have had to adjust to having 2 children. I have been focusing more on them. I love my babies (they will always be my babies to me no matter their age). My daughter started kindergarten this year, and that has been completely different from Pre-K. They have real school work, I mean I know she’s in school but they give them a whole work load. Not that it’s a bad thing, I just wasn’t prepared. My son just turned 1 and he is as busy as he can be, he gets into everything and I mean EVERYTHING! He’s so curious and smart. My babies are growing up too fast 😦
Let’s see…. Alright, so this past summer I weighed in at my biggest I have ever been in my LIFE! I know why though, I have been eating GOOD! However, the weight has been depressing; I do not want to weigh what I weigh. So I decided to really get serious about my weight loss. Before I got pregnant with my son I was on a weight loss journey. I wasn’t really taking it that serious, but now it’s all or nothing. I have been going to fitness classes weekly and gradually changing my diet. I am determined to lose weight. When I weighed in I was 254 lbs. (September 2018) and my goal weight is 185 lbs. Losing 69 lbs. is not going to be easy but in the end it will all be worth it. I will be posting updates on my weight loss journey frequently, so stay tuned for that.
