Hey Guys & Happy Saturday!
I’m just getting home from my BFab fitness class that I attend mostly every Saturday. I’m wore out today though, but it was all worth it, weights and all! But I wanted to give you guys an update on my current weight. Previously, I mentioned that in September I went to the doctor and based off of my BMI, they told me I fell into the obese range. Well I’m 5’10 and at that moment I weighed 254 lbs. I’m happy to announce that I got on the scale today after my fitness class and it said 236.9!!!! I’m down 17.1 lbs. and I’m ecstatic. Now it hasn’t been that easy, I’ve had to change my eating habits and workout more. The food is the hardest part for me, but I’m progressing, clearly. Now don’t get it twisted, I’m still not in the best shape, I still get tired and wanna quit, but I just push myself to keep it moving. I’m so anxious to see what else I can accomplish.
