If you don’t know I want and will lose 50lbs. this year. My intentions were to lose 50lbs. last year, shortly after setting that goal I found out I was pregnant. Now, my baby is here and I can reset that goal of mine. With that being said, I am going to challenge myself to some fitness challenges. I will be starting this routine on Monday, January 15, 2018 through Sunday, January 28, 2018 then I’ll change it up. Still cannot believe it’s 2018 already. My challenge is posted below if you would like to join me. I hope that this challenge is a breeze. In addition I also will be doing mommy and baby workouts, running, and attempting to ride my bike if weather permits. I found this challenge on Pinterest and it looks pretty challenging.
