It’s Hump Day, the second Hump Day in June to be exact. In addition, my first June post, I know, I have been busy and not posting but I am back. So let’s do a quick update. My Birthday was May 31, and it was a blast. I spent the weekend with my family, we enjoyed time at the lake, we went swimming, and just enjoyed each other’s company, and it was much-needed family time. Oh and I decided to cut all my hair off, not really all of it but a lot of it, I will post a pic below. On my actual birthday, well I spent that day with my husband; it was so sweet, from a day at the spa to lunch and house hunting. I love that man. Then the night of my birthday I enjoyed more family time along with a cake from my sister, that cake though, it was really good, a lemon cake. Since then, I have just been working and working some more.
In other news, for some reason I cannot get back on my workout schedule. Maybe I am just being lazy, but I have been so tired lately. Going to bed early and waking up late, maybe my iron is low, I do not really know. My motivation has just gone away a little. I am happy to say I am going to the gym today though. So we shall see how that turns out. I am still trying to change my diet up, man it’s so hard because I really enjoy fatty foods, a lot. They are really getting the best of me, I even bought a cookbook to try some healthier meals, and that did not work out so well. Gesssh, I need some motivation. I did consider getting a Fitbit, I think that will help since I know many people with them and they have competitions, plus, I can be very competitive so that will be the next thing I will try. I have faith it will work to boost my motivation back up. I am still trying to lose weight people, if you have any suggestions, please comment below. Until next time.
