I walked from floor 9 down to 7, climbed all the way up to floor 20, and then made my way back down to floor 9.

I was definitely tired, but I kept going.

The best part of today was running into Eleanor, the security guard I’ve seen during this journey.

Today they told me something that really stayed with me:

“Keep it up. It’s about restarting every time you stop, as long as you start back up the next day.”

That really spoke to me because this journey has been exactly that, not perfection, but choosing to begin again every single day.

My breathing is still improving, and I can feel my endurance continuing to build.

Some days feel easier than others, but what matters most is that I keep showing up.

And today, I did exactly that.
