Today reminded me that every workout has its own rhythm.
I did one lap around my floor, went from floor 9 down to 1, climbed back up to 10, and made my way back down to 9.
I even stopped to snap a quick photo on floor 5 on the way up.
Total stair time: 10 minutes and 53 seconds.
I was sweating, a little tired, and definitely felt the difference after having a few off days, but I still got it done.
And that’s what matters.
Not every day is about breaking records.
Some days are about getting back in rhythm, showing up, and continuing to build momentum one step at a time.
Still climbing.
Still growing.
Still showing up.
