Breathing Hard, Sweating Harder, Let’s Get It!!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Today felt like another breakthrough.

After yesterday’s recovery day, I made sure to hydrate before getting back to the stairs, and I can honestly tell it made a difference.

I started by walking a lap around my floor (9), then walked down to floor 5 and did another lap around that floor.

From there, I climbed all the way up to floor 20 and made my way back down to floor 9.

I was breathing hard.
I was sweating even harder.

But the best part?

No headache.

Instead of feeling drained, I actually felt refreshed afterward.

That really showed me how important it is to prepare, listen to my body, and move with intention.

Today reminded me that recovery, hydration, and consistency all work together.

And it’s working.
